Do I need an FCC license?

No. USA Radio Rentals is licensed through the FCC with nationwide frequencies that come already programmed into your radios — there's nothing for you to file or apply for.

How does the rental process work?

Request a quote and we'll email you a rental proposal as a PDF with instructions. Once you're happy, sign and return the paperwork (billing and shipping addresses plus a credit card authorization) and we'll confirm the details, prep your order, and ship on your scheduled date with FedEx tracking.

Do you offer custom programming?

Yes — at no additional charge. We can create private channels within your radio group (say, a private finance channel for a festival) and program radios to work with your existing UHF repeater.

What's included at no additional charge?

Spare batteries (typically 40–50% of your total radio count) and charging stations are included free, along with custom programming and radio labeling.

Do you provide onsite services?

Yes. We can provide onsite staffing to assist with radio distribution and inventory management at a competitive rate. See our Onsite Services page for details.
