How we think about radio counts

One radio per person on comms

Radios are for your working team — production, security, F&B, transport — not attendees. Count the people who actually need to talk.

Separate channels by department

Most events split teams onto their own channels so security isn't hearing catering. We program private channels at no charge.

Big or spread-out? Add a repeater.

Multi-floor buildings, large outdoor footprints, and hills all cut range. A repeater (or nationwide LTE) keeps everyone connected.
